01

I work with clients on various issues including trauma (relational, racial, complex trauma), depression, anxiety, life transitions, stress, relationship issues, identity/self esteem, imposter syndrome and perfectionism. My approach is to create a safe, non judgmental space, where I can both empower my clients and hold them accountable.

As a second generation Korean American, I am passionate about working alongside and supporting AAPI individuals in their mental health process.

My fee is currently $225/ 50 minutes.

TRAuma/EMDR THerapy

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) is a type of therapy for survivors of trauma to process thoughts, images, and/or memories related to a distressing or disturbing experience. It has proven to be effective in reducing symptoms with the World Health Organization and American Psychological Association has recommended EMDR as a trauma treatment method. If you are unsure if you are a good candidate for EMDR or would like to learn more reach out for a consultation!
